Baseball's Monday game vs. Cal State Bakersfield was the TEAM LMU event. Briefly
LMU will be aiming for its third NCAA Tournament appearance and record fourth Pacific Coast Softball Conference title as it heads to Portland State this weekend for the PCSC Championship Series. The best-of-three series, to be played Friday and Saturday at Erv Lind Stadium, pits the Coastal Division champion Lions against the Mountain Division champion Vikings with the winner earning the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Game one is set for 3 p.m. on Friday with game two slated for noon on Saturday. A third game, if necessary, will follow approximately 25 minutes after the conclusion of game two.
