Destination Spain Information in PDF Format

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The LMU men's basketball program has once against partnered with Basketball Travelers, Inc., for an international experience, this time on a trip to Spain running Aug. 16 through Aug. 27 and touring Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona. The Lions are scheduled to play six games and fans can join the experience.

The Lions last partnered with Basketball Travelers in 2004 when they toured Italy. The two have combined once again and included in the trip is opportunity for fans to join the tour.

The trip will begin Aug. 16 when the team leaves LAX and arrives the morning of Aug. 17 in Madrid. The team will remain in Spain through August 27 when departing from Barcelona for a return to LAX.

Packages are available for fans and includes round-trip coach airfare, charter bus for all ground transportation, first-class hotel accommodation for 10 nights, game tickets to all games, sightseeing tours scheduled with the team, a tour escort from Basketball Travelers, Inc., and breakfast at the hotel each morning.
