Laney Prichard joined LMU Athletics in June 2026 as Administrative Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, she provides administrative support to the Athletics Department and senior leadership team, coordinating schedules, travel, communications, special events, and departmental operations.
Prior to joining LMU, Laney earned an M.S. in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, where she served as a student-athlete peer mentor and mental skills consultant. Her master's thesis exploring parental influence, autonomy, and life satisfaction in collegiate sport transitions earned Outstanding Thesis Awards from both the Department of Kinesiology and the College of Health and Human Services. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Boise State University in 2024, where she developed a strong foundation in collegiate athletics through roles supporting equipment operations, performance nutrition, and student-athlete services.
