Sophomore… Played in all eight games… Scored six goals and added three assists for nine points… Went 15-9 in sprints… Totaled five steals and five field blocks… Scored two goals against Concordia (Mar. 27)… GCC All-Academic.

Freshman… Did not participate in a game in her first season at LMU after serving a redshirt year.

PERSONAL... Carolina Newton was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico… Is the daughter of Diana Maria Newton Gomez and Sergio Hernandez Romero... Mother, Diana, competed in track at Universidad Jesuita ITESO in Guadalajara… Has one brother, Jorge, and two sisters, Andrea and Vanessa... major is business management.
