2023-2024: Finished third in a race against the UCLA Bruins and the No.16 USC Trojans…Secured third, in the V8, at the Lake Natoma Invite on the first and second day…Placed third at the WCC Championships…All WCC Preseason Team… WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention Team.

2022-2023: Raced in the prelim of the UCSD Health Cal Cup, where they finished in a time of 7:20.51 for a 5^th place finish and advanced to the Final, where they placed 5th…Placed second in the V8 race at the Triton Invitational…Finished in fourth place, in the V8, at the WCC Championship, where the Lions finished third overall…WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention Team.

2021-2022: Raced in the Second Varsity 8+ to a 4th place finish in the petite final of the Women’s Collegiate 2V Jackie Ann Stitts Hungness Trophy event at the 2022 San Diego Crew Classic… Placed 4th in the Second Varsity 8+ at the Dexter Lake Invitational… Raced in the Second Varsity 8+ at the West Coast Conference Championships, earning silver for the Lions… Received an honorable mention for the WCC All-Academic Team… Named a CRCA Scholar Athlete… Selected to the WCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Received academic honors as an LMU Scholar Athlete… Voted “Most Improved” by the team for the 2021-2022 season

Before LMU: Raced at South Jersey Rowing Center... Raced in the 4x+ event three years in a row at Head of the Charles Regatta for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 regattas… Earned gold in both the Varsity 2x and Varsity 4x at the 2018 US Rowing Mid-Atlantic Youth Championships… In addition to rowing, played tennis… Made the varsity team as a freshman
 
Personal: Born and raised in Voorhees, NJ… Daughter to Donna and Bruce Zamost… Sister to Zach… Majoring in Film Production… Chose LMU because “I loved the team’s energy and values, and it’s the most beautiful place to row with warm weather and sunshine all of the time. Academically, LMU is a top film school, and I love the small class size environment.”
