AVP Pro JM Plummer is in his first season as on the LMU Beach Volleyball Coaching Staff in 2023.

Plummer moved to Hermosa in 2018 from Jupiter, FL. He is currently a beach volleyball trainer for Better at Beach Volleyball Camps and has coached multiple high level club teams at Sideout Volleyball club out of  south Florida and SCVC in Southern California.

Plummer played collegiately as an outside hitter at Lindenwood University from 2009-2012. He was the NAIA National Champion in 2019. Plummer earned his MBA in 2012.
