In the 2023 season, Doiron served as the director of player development and volunteer assistant coach; and played a vital role in helping the Lions secure their second WCC Championship. Before her time at LMU, Doiron was the head coach at Green Valley High School in Las Vegas. Her coaching skills were highlighted in 2022 when she earned the Nevada Preps Coach of the Year title. This achievement came after she led a team that had been eliminated from playoffs for the previous six years to clinch a Class 5A state championship.
Prior to her coaching career, Doiron enjoyed a successful tenure playing softball at the University of Florida, where she competed for all four years. Her time in Gainesville was marked by numerous achievements. She earned recognition on the SEC Academic Honor Roll list for both 2014 and 2015, and in 2015, she was named to the prestigious SEC All-Defensive Team. Notably, Doiron secured a prominent spot in the record books by ranking third in the top 10 list for sacrifice hits with an impressive total of 15.
Hailing from Downey, California, Doiron completed her high school education at Downey High School, where she was a three-time selection for the Long Beach Press-Telegram Softball Dream Team. Additionally, she claimed the title of a three-time Golden Glove Award winner and was honored twice with the Softball Scholar-Athlete Award.
