2017 All-WCC First Team...Earned the start in 37 of the 43 games she appeared in… part of the Lions outfield… hit .292 with 28 hits in 96 at bats… had 3 doubles, 2 home runs and 10 RBIs… first collegiate home run was a 2-run shot versus Dartmouth (Mar. 21)… Had a season high 2 RBIs in two games Hartford (Mar. 12) and Dartmouth (Mar. 21)… 44 putouts, 1 assists and 0 errors in the field.
2016
Appeared in eight games ... Recorded a double against Santa Clara (April 23).
2015 Appeared in nine games... earned two starts, including one as the designated hitter and one in the outfield... had three hits in 12 at bats... recorded one RBI-hit vs San Jose State (Feb. 15).
High School Four-year varsity letter winner at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School... team captain as a senior... All-Bay League selection in 2012 and 2013... All-Area and All-CIF in 2013... set school records in home runs (7), hits (43) and RBIs (41) during her junior season in 2013.
Club Competed for the California Cruisers from 2009-14... took second place at the Champions Cup in 2011, 2012 and 2013... previous club teams included the So Cal Aztecs (2007) and the California Raiders (2008).
Personal Brooke Kaylynn Christensen was born Jan. 16, 1996, in Santa Monica, CA... parents are Tammy and Michael Christensen... has one younger brother, Trey... served as a volunteer youth softball coach in the spring of 2014... volunteered at the Palos Verdes Library in the summer of 2012... psychology major at LMU.
