A 2014 graduate of Punahou High School in Honolulu, Hawaii... one of the top kayakers in the country competing for the Hawaii Canoe and Kayak Team... finished second in the nation, falling less than a second from first place, in the 200 M K-2... finished third in the K-1 200 M, and is the youngest woman to cross the Molokai Channel, doing so in the Molokai Relay... served as a team captain of her varsity kayak team, placing first in the ILH Girls Varsity Sprint Championship... guided the squad to an undefeated record and the 2013 Hawaii State Championship... over the course of her paddling and kayaking career, won five State Championships for canoe paddling, placed in the top-four in the nation over 13 times for sprint kayaking, and has finished first in more than 50 races...
