Briefly... Larissa Meltz enters her fourth season with the LMU crew team... At LMU... 2007... raced with the lightweight 8 to place first at the WIRA Championships... ninth at that IRA National Championships... 2006... member of the JV8 boat that helped LMU win its first WCC Championship... member of JV8 boat that defeated UCSB... helped LMU JV8 win the Petite Final at the Miller Cup... also competed with the lightweight 8 at the Windermere Cup... 2005... member of the WIRA novice lightweight 4 championship boat (5/1/05)... competed with the varsity 4 against UCLA and UCI... member of the lightweight 4 and 8 boats at the WIRA Championships...rowed with the lightweight 8 boat at the PCRC[apos]s... High School... graduated from Oak Ridge High school in 2004... rowed all four years of high school for Capital Crew... was a two-time Team Captain[apos]s Award winner... Personal... Larissa Nicole Meltz grew up in El Dorado Hills, CA... she is the daughter of Kathleen and Lewis Meltz... has three sisters... a business law major..
