Briefly... Tim Shaw completed his senior season of collegiate water polo at LMU... was a USA Water Polo Academic All-American in 2013 and placed first in the Junior Olympics 1st Place Challenge Division in 2012...plays club for CDM-Grey in 2014 and SoCal in 2011-14...

AT LMU... 2017...Played in 13 games, making five starts and logging 202 minutes of action...had 45 saves on the year... 2016... Played in 12 games, logging 177 minutes of action...had 109 saves on the year 2014... played in two games... 2014... served redshirt season...

Before LMU... another Southern California standout in goal is Shaw, a three-time All-League selection for Northwood High School in Irvine, Calif... Shaw was MVP of the SoPac Olympic Development team as a freshman and then went on to earn honorable mention All-League honors in leading team to the CIF semifinals as a sophomore... As a junior, Shaw was an honorable mention All-League selection and led the Pacific Coast League in saves. He would repeat the efforts as a senior... was a Northwood Scholar-Athlete from 2010-13... also swam for three seasons and played basketball for two at Northwood...

Personal... Timothy Leland Shaw was born in Newport Beach, Calif., on July 7, 1996... he is the son of Shannon and James Shaw... has a younger brother... was involved as an Eagle Scout, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Leaders in Training and worked with Ocean Junior Lifeguard Dana Point... an Environmental Science major.
