High School... graduated from Corona Del Mar High School in Newport Beach, CA, in 2006... played water polo and swam in high school for Barry O[apos]dea... was an All-Pacific Coast league selection and an All-CIF selection as a senior... made 193 saves with 17 steals in his final high school season... received the Rocky Morgan Award, given to a student-athlete who best exceeds in scholarship, citizenship and athletics, and a Sea King Pride Award... made varsity as a junior for the swim team in the 50-free and the 100-free... Phillip Michael DiGiacomo was born in Laguna Beach, CA, on June 28, 1988... he is the son of Denise and Patrick DiGiacomo... has a sister, Daniela, who plays water polo for Cal... has volunteered time at S.O.S., a homeless survival station... a Studio Arts major with emphasis on graphic design.
