Briefly… Dimitriy Kobets finished his second season at LMU in 2022.

2022: Sophomore
Scored eight goals and added two assists for 10 points… Recorded three steals… Scored two goals on two shots in the conference opener against Concordia (Sept. 8)… Scored twice in the WWPA Championships with goals in the wins against Concordia (Nov. 18) and Santa Clara (Nov. 20).
 
2021: Freshman
Did not appear in a game in 2021.
 
Before LMU... Joins the Lions after playing four seasons at Stevenson High School… State Champion in 2021… All-American First Team as a senior… All-American honorable mention as a sophomore and junior… Player of the year as a senior… Also an all-sectional swimmer… Competed in club water polo for Nipc (2013-2018, 2020) and Socal Black… JO 16U Gold Medalist…
First Team All-American in 2021… Honorable mention All-American in 2019 and 2020… IHSA 2021 State Champion… Player of the Year 2021… 2019 First Team IHSA… 2018 3rd team IHSA… Son of Anna Prokopenko.
