Graduated from Palos Verdes Estates High School. Played line 1 singles for three years under Head Coach Kip Brady in the Bay League. Earned varsity letters as a freshman, sophomore, and senior. Named All-League/Conference and All-City/All Area as a senior. Won the Bay League Doubles Championship and was part of the Bay League Championship team.

Tristan was born in Torrance, California and grew up in Rolling Hills Estates, California. He intends to major in Economics.
