Played two years of tennis at Torrey Pines HS… Team won CIF 2 times, Nationals and States once… Ranked No. 12 by Universal Tennis ... won multiple tournaments including the UTSA Boys National Spring Championships in 2010 and the Vegas Muterspaw Nationals in 2010, where he was the singles and doubles champion ... one of the top players in his age group in southern California ... previously coached by Grant Doyle, Patricia Tarabini and Robert Yim

Son of Darren and Niki Rushin… Father, Darren, played college tennis at University of Jacksonville… Has one younger brother… 3x student-athlete academic Top Tiger at Auburn… 2x SEC Honor Roll… ITA scholar athlete… Chose LMU because of the opportunities it gave him in tennis, school, and life, and the ability to return to California.
