At LMU...2008-09... ran in five races for the Lions... posted a personal-best time of 19:39 at the Riverside Invitational on September 27th... finished the three-mile course at the Malibu Oceanside Open in 20:49 on August 30... helped the Lions to the first-place finish at the Cal State Fullerton Titan Invitational on October 24 placing 53rd overall... in track, posted a time of 5:13.84 in the 1,500 meters, 11:14.66 in the 3,000, and 19:20.92 in the 5,000 meters...

Personal... Shea Quillin Franklin was born March 16, 1988, in Phoenix... daughter of Julie and Lafayette Franklin... mother played water polo and swam at Evansville University... has a younger sister, Carly... a member of the LMU Honors Program, she is an undeclared science major.
