In accordance with the ordinance issued by the City of Los Angeles, LMU requires that external guests be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination prior to entering events in Gersten Pavilion. Individuals who are not vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID test (PCR or antigen), collected within 72 hours of the event or activity.
 
*Students and LMU employees are not required to provide proof at the event door, since their vaccination records have already been reviewed and approved, and testing for those with exceptions is monitored closely by the COVID Testing Team.
 
Symptom Screening
Fans must not come to the event venue if they are experiencing fever or any COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 and are under isolation orders, or have had close contact with anyone who is confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19. For a list of COVID-19 symptoms, click here.
 
Prior to coming to campus: 

• All guests must complete the Lion Health Check and upload their vaccination records or negative COVID-19 test results within 72 hours of the event.
• All guests must pre-purchase tickets or be on a player pass list. Please download the AXS app to your mobile device to access your tickets. If you have questions pertaining to your tickets, please call the LMU Ticket Office at 310-338-5466.
• All pass list tickets will be emailed prior to the event.

 
Arriving on campus: 

• Everyone in a vehicle must enter campus through the main gate off Lincoln Boulevard (1 LMU Drive, Los Angeles CA for GPS directions).
• For anyone with an e-ticket or campus access graphic, they may walk through the back gates onto campus (closest to Gersten Pavilion).
• All guests must show their Lion Health Check AND digital game ticket to the public safety attendant at the entrance to campus.
• Parking is best in Lot A: Hannon Parking. Payment is required at the meters from 8am – 8pm, Monday-Friday.

 
Access to Gersten Pavilion:

• Guests must provide valid Lion Health Check clearance (Valid Lion Health Check clearance includes a green VAX or green TEST on the clearance screen or confirmation email) OR proof of vaccination/negative test, AND 
• Valid ID card (driver’s license, government issued ID, school or work ID or passport) before entering the activity or event.

 
Masks are required for all individuals aged 2 or older, regardless of vaccination status, at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
 
For guests who arrive without proof of their vaccination record, they may use any of the following resources to retrievetheir digital vaccination records:

• myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov – if vaccinated in California
• healthvana.com – if resident of L.A. County (including Pasadena and Long Beach) who has received at leastone dose of vaccine (regardless of where they were vaccinated) and anyone who has received at least one dosein L.A. County (regardless of where they live)
• patient.carbonhealth.com – if vaccinated by the L.A. City Fire Department
• VaxYes, CLEAR Health Pass, and Common Pass are other forms of digital vaccination records that can be usedas proof of vaccination in L.A. County.

Individuals who do not present proof of vaccination or negative result in accordance with this protocol and the City of Los Angeles Ordinance may not be permitted to participate in the listed activities. No exceptions.*
