Did not compete in any track meets … saw competitive action on five different occasions during the cross country season, being a top-five scorer for the team in one meet… was 13th overall at the quad meet with Columbia, Brown and NYU and 138th at the Paul Short Run … went on to finish third for Cornell at the Penn State National Open after completing the course 36th … capped of the season placing 72nd at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships and 129th at the NCAA Northeast Regional …

2016-17 (Sophomore)
Ran in four cross country meets as a sophomore, placing 60th at the Spiked Shoe Invitational, 43rd at the Paul Short 8K Gold Race, 90th at the Penn State National Open and 82nd at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships … competed in four indoor meets and five outdoor meets during his sophomore season … won the 3000 at the Cornell Cabin Fever Invitational at 8:36.66 and also won the 3000 steeplechase at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational at 9:32.38 … collegiate best of 9:15.20 in the 3000 steeplechase was good for 11th at the IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championship …

Ran in four cross country races as a freshman, finishing a season-best 15th at the John Reif Memorial … had a strong start to the indoor track season, helping the 4x800 meter relay team to a win at Greg Page Relays … placed second in the mile at the Cornell Sunday Invitational … outdoors, finished third in the 1500 at the Cornell Outdoor Upstate Challenge and in the 3K steeplechase at the Big Red Invitational …
