Briefly... Meghan Pardi enters her fourth and final season of collegiate water polo at LMU... At LMU... 2006... played in 21 games, taking 10 shots and scoring four times... she added three steals and two assists with no turnovers in 21 games... goals came in two games, getting a pair against Indiana (4/9/06) and Cal State East Bay (4/28/06)... 2005... played in 25 games with three goals in 10 attempts... scored twice in win over Cal State San Bernardino (4-2-05)... 2004... played in 11 games as a true freshman... scored two goals on four shots with three assists and a steal... High School... graduated from Clayton Valley High School in Concord, Calif., with a 3.96 GPA... was a three-sport star at Clayton Valley, earning six letters, three in water polo and three in basketball... also played softball for two seasons... played water polo for coach Dennis Bledsoe and was an All-Bay Valley Athletic League selection as a junior and senior... she earned honorable mention honors as a junior and first-team honors in her final season... had 37 goals, 25 assists (a team high) and 69 steals as a senior... was voted the most improved player as a junior and most inspirational player as a senior... was voted Most Outstanding Offensive Player at the Sierra Tournament and led team to a 20-7 record, best in school history... was a 10-time NCAA Scholar-Athlete Award Winner (four in water polo, four in basketball and two in softball)... was nominated as the Athlete of the Year at Clayton Valley... Personal... Meghan Veronica Pardi was born in Walnut Creek, Calif., on Oct. 1, 1984... she is the daughter of Roxanne and Herc Pardi... father played football and baseball at Boise State and currently coaches football at Clayton Valley High School... was a volunteer with Youth Educators... a Sociology major and business minor.
