Briefly... Katherine Murray completes her four year career at LMU in 2006... made the transition to goalie in 2004 and back to the field in 2005... At LMU... 2005... played in all 37 games for the Lions, scoring nine goals on 29 shots (31.0 percent) including one in the NCAA tournament... added seven assists and 15 steals... scored goals in eight games... 2004... became the Lions[apos] starting goalie in the first several weeks of the season... in 90 quarters of play in the net, she finished with 130 saves and allowed just 102 goals... her 4.53 goals against average is second all-time at LMU... was named to the NCAA All-Tournament second-team thanks to her 12 saves and dominating performance in the win over Stanford (5/8/04)... posted 10 saves against UCLA (4/7/04) and had eight in the championship game of the WWPAs against UC San Diego (4/25/04)... 2003... played in 11 games for the Lions... scored five goals on just eight shots... had four steals and three field blocks...
