Briefly... Chris Fiala is in his second season of college water polo at LMU after redshirting the 2013 season... played club water polo for the Los Angeles Water Polo Club and 101 Water Polo Club... team was runner-up at the Junior Olympics...

Before LMU... graduated from Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village in May of 2013... was named first-team All-CIF (Southern Section Division 6) and second-team All-Area by the LA Daily News after leading his team to Tri-Valley League title in as a senior... as a junior, he drew 61 ejections and scored 72 goals in leading Oaks Christian to the Division 6 semifinals. He went on to earn All-CIF and All-Tri-Valley League honors... also played a season of baseball...

Personal... Christopher Joseph Fiala was born on Dec. 2, 1994 in Northridge, Calif., and he is the son of Katie and Bruce Fiala... has an older sister... father played baseball at Stanford... volunteered with the Mauli Ola Foundation... has yet to declare a major.
