Ian Elliott  (2003-2007)                      Men's Water Polo

Ian Elliott is the only four-time first-team All-WWPA selection for LMU Men's Water Polo, earning it as the Lions' top goalie every year from 2003 through 2006. Graduating in 2006, he was a two-time All-American, helping the Lions to WWPA titles in 2003, 2004, and 2005. In 2006 he set the all-time school record for saves in a season with 323 and is second all-time with 1,166 career saves. His performance in the 2005 WWPA title game at the Burns Aquatics Center, allowing just six goals while making double-digit saves, helped the Lions upset UC San Diego and earn the rivalry win.

Hannah Tedrow (2012-2016)             Women's Volleyball

Hannah Tedrow was named AVCA Honorable Mention All-American, Pacific South All-Region, and First Team All-WCC selection in 2014 as a junior on LMU's women's volleyball team, then followed that year with Pacific South All-Region Honorable Mention and another First Team All-WCC as a senior. Tedrow helped LMU earn NCAA Tournament appearances in 2012, 2014, and 2015, including a Sweet Sixteen appearance in 2015 as one of the premier setters in the sport. Tedrow finished her career with the most sets played in LMU history (452) and was second in matches played (123). She ranked third all-time in assists (4,797), fifth in assists per set (10.61), fifth in block assists (291) and 10th in total blocks (310).

Weston Strum (2010-2014)               Cross Country, Track and Field

Weston Strum finished his career as one of the most decorated runners in LMU Cross Country/Track & Field history. Strum earned USTFCCCA Second Team All-American honors at the 2014 NCAA Division-1 Outdoor Track & Field Championship after placing 10th in the 5,000 meters where he set a new LMU school record in a time of 13:47.19. At the induction time, Strum's 5k mark remains the fastest in program history. He also holds school records in the 800m and 1500m, and was the anchor leg for the school's record-breaking Distance Medley Relay team. Additionally, Strum was named First Team All-WCC both as a junior and senior.

2000 Baseball Team

The 2000 baseball team finished with a 40-19 record and went 22-8 in West Coast Conference play to win their third straight WCC Championship. The 40 victories are the fourth-most in LMU program history. The Lions advanced to a NCAA Regional in Fullerton, Calif., defeating Cal State Fullerton in the first game of the regional. The team hit .331 over the course of the year, ranking fourth in LMU history. Also slugged .525, second only to 1988's .527 mark, highlighted by 81 home runs. Two players (Scott Walter and Billy Traber) were named All-American at the conclusion of play, while Anthony Angel was named WCC Co-Player of the Year. Traber added WCC Pitcher of the Year honors before eventually being selected 16th overall in the 2000 draft. In total, five players were selected in the draft, including three in the first three rounds (Traber – 1st, Michael Schultz – 2nd, Walter – 3rd).

2007 Regional Softball Team

The 2007 LMU softball team remains the most successful in program history. The Lions finished with a program-best 47 wins (and 18 losses), won their third PCSC title, had 10 players named to the All-PCSC teams, swept the major conference awards (Coach of the Year Gary Ferrin, Player of the Year Christine Foley, Pitcher of the Year Tiffany Pagano and Co-Freshman of the Year Melissa Dykema), advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the second time, claimed their first-ever postseason victory (a 6-3 elimination game win over UC Santa Barbara) and clinched their first-ever win in 20 tries against UCLA (a 4-2 final). The team is still among one of LMU's best statistically, ranking No. 1 in wins, No. 1 in RBIs (300), No. 3 in batting average (.306), No. 2 in slugging percentage (.460), No. 6 in on-base percentage (.358), No. 5 in at-bats (1,721), No. 1 in runs scored (319), No. 2 in hits (526), No. 2 in doubles (95) and No. 6 in home runs (52).
