PROVO- The Loyola Marymount Men's Tennis team (5-15) defeated the BYU Cougars, 4-0, in a sweep to pick up their first West Coast Conference win of the season.
In doubles, the Lions started off in a fight after losing on court 2. However, LMU responded well as Jose Domingues Alonso/
Toky Ranaivo and
Emin Torlic/
Austin Di Giulio earned victories on courts 1 and 3.
For the Lions, singles was a breeze as the Lions would clinch the victory after
Dane Esses,
Manoel De Alencar, and
Emin Torlic defeated the Cougars on courts 1, 4, and 6.
