LOS ANGELES- The Loyola Marymount men's tennis team (5-10) took their first West Coast Conference loss to the No. 16 ranked Pepperdine Waves, 4-0.

The Lions fought hard in doubles winning on court 2, as pair Toky Ranaivo/Jose Dominguez Alonso defeated the Waves, to force court 3 to fight for the tiebreaker and the matches first point. Austin Di Giulio/Emin Torlic forced the set to a tight 6-6 match point, before falling short.

LMU show great efforts in singles too, as they pushed three courts to set 3 before falling short.
