We are aware of potential misconduct and student-athlete complaints in our cross-country program. We take these reports seriously. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our students and community remain our top priority. Since the complaints referenced a university employee, we promptly referred the issue to LMU Human Resources, and an investigation is currently underway.
The university will determine the facts through an impartial investigation, which will enable us to address issues appropriately and comprehensively. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of both students and employees. To preserve the integrity of this process, we will not comment further on a pending investigation nor confidential personnel matters.
LMU encourages students, faculty, and staff to report misconduct immediately so we can take responsive action.
