LOS ANGELES – The Loyola Marymount University men's water polo team makes their home debut this Saturday. #16 LMU hosts conference-member #20 Cal Baptist and GCC programs #8 Pepperdine and #T-9 UC Irvine for a one-day league against league showdown from Burns Aquatics Center.

LMU (1-3), Pepperdine (3-1), and UC Irvine (2-2) all opened the season at the competitive Triton Invitational down in La Jolla, Calif., last weekend. CBU (1-3) brought in the 2019 campaign from the Bruno fall classic in Providence, RI.
 
Sophomore Blazo Mitrovic led the Lions last weekend with 12 goals in four games at the 2019 Triton Invitational. The reigning GCC Newcomer of the Year scored twice against both Cal and UC Davis, but his eight goal performance against Whittier was the highlight of the weekend.
 
Games begin at 10 a.m. with LMU taking on the Waves for the second-straight weekend. The Lions also will close out the mini-tournament with the final game scheduled against the Anteaters at 4:20 p.m.
 
Cal Baptist will play the two WCC schools back-to-back at 11:20 a.m. and 3 p.m. Fans will have access to all four games with one game ticket, available onsite or online for $9 per person. Live stats will be available for all four games as well.
