LOS ANGELES - LMU men's water polo cruised to a 14-3 win over La Verne in non-conference action at the Burns Aquatics Center on Saturday afternoon.

Redshirt junior Cory McGee led the Lions with four goals and sophomore Daniel Arellano added three assists to his league-leading total. He now has 31. Goalie Dominick Beaudine had seven saves while allowing just one goal in two quarters of work.

The Lions jumped out to a 6-0 lead and led 9-1 at the half.

LMU will conclude their three-game homestand when they face Air Force in Western Water Polo Action on Friday, Oct. 7 at 3 pm.
